By booking a shipment, creating an account, or accessing our website, you ("Customer", "Shipper", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. These Terms apply to all shipping transactions, regardless of whether you are shipping as an individual or as a corporate entity.
Zoomexpress provides international courier, air freight, and logistics services connecting senders and recipients across 220+ countries and territories. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Zoomexpress reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any service at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where carriage would violate applicable law or these Terms.
By tendering a shipment to Zoomexpress, the Shipper warrants that:

Additional restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations and specific service types. The Shipper is solely responsible for determining whether goods are permissible at the destination.
Zoomexpress's liability for loss, damage, or delay to a shipment is strictly limited as follows:
Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
The Shipper is responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with the export laws of the country of origin and the import laws of the destination country. Zoomexpress acts as agent of the Shipper for customs purposes and shall not be liable for delays, penalties, or seizures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customs declarations provided by the Shipper.
Where Zoomexpress advances customs duties, taxes, or other governmental charges on behalf of the Shipper or recipient, these amounts will be invoiced at the applicable disbursement fee plus any applicable service charge.
All charges are payable in accordance with the rates applicable at the time of shipment booking. Account holders are subject to the payment terms set forth in their individual account agreements. Zoomexpress reserves the right to hold or return shipments where applicable charges remain unpaid.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges and other variable charges are reviewed monthly and published on our website.
All content on the Zoomexpress website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Zoomexpress or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from Zoomexpress.
The collection and processing of personal data in connection with Zoomexpress services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents Zoomexpress from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court.
Zoomexpress reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.
